Refund policy
We apply a return policy of 14 days. This means that you have 14 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.
Damage and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We can then assess the issue and resolve it for you.
Exceptions/items that may not be returned
Certain types of items may not be returned, such as perishable goods (including foodstuffs, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (for example, beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.
Items on sale or gift cards cannot, unfortunately, be returned.
Exchange
The fastest way to obtain the desired item is to return the item you currently have and purchase the new item separately once the return has been accepted.
Statutory cooling-off period of 14 days in the EU
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason whatsoever and without providing any justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with labels attached and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will be notified accordingly, and we will also inform you whether the return has been approved. Upon approval, you will be automatically reimbursed within ten business days via the original payment method. Please be advised that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
